Role and Key accountabilities
The Admissions Intern will have responsibility to:
- Monitor mailboxes and allocate debt and funds document submissions / listing applications to team members within our system.
- Deal with/allocate queries from public and listing agents and other internal Departments.
- Deliver a positive and differentiated experience to Euronext customers at all times.
- Review applications from companies seeking admission of their debt securities to listing and trading on Euronext markets.
- Liaise with listing agents, legal firms, service providers and international financial firms on issues arising on listing applications.
- Liaise with the Central Bank regarding regulatory matters related to listing and prospectuses
- Other administration work, as required.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required
Essential:
- Customer centric approach with the ability to put our clients first.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills as well as the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Proven query management, communication and business writing skills.
Desirable / Advantageous:
- Experience and/or a qualification in law, business, finance or a related area.
- Knowledge/experience of financial products and securities markets will be a distinct advantage.
